Day 1: Hiking in Ihlara Valley + Underground City
We pick you up early from your hotel before the regular tours leave! Its better to stay far from crowds! On the way to Ihlara Valley we visit Kaymaklı or Derinkuyu Underground city! We visit before regular tours to avoid lots of people in tunnels! Then we drive to Ihlara Valley around 30 minutes. The first half of valley has many cave churches. The second part of the valley is open and uncrowded. It is more peacefull and calm than first part! We’ll explore unknown caves and hidden tunnels! We finish 14 kilometers later in Selime and optional visit to the biggest monastery of Cappadocia!
Day 2: Biking in Red-Rose Valleys-Meskendir Valley-Balcony Trail-Çavuşin
We will start from Göreme at 9:00 a.m. First, we will visit Görkündere Valley,which was the European XCO Mountain Biking Championship course in 2007. Then we will ride to Sword Valley to visit some caves and old churches.
Next, we will bike up to Meskendir Ridge to ride downhill on another great single track with countless tunnels.At the end of downhill journey, we will bike from Rose Valley to Red Valley, where we will have lunch at an authentic cafe. We take a siesta and then enjoy a fabulous view of Red Valley.
Later , we will head to Balcony Trail which is known as the best panoramic single-track ride in Cappadocia.We finish downhill at Çavuşin village, then ride back to Göreme after a day full of adventure.
Day 3: Hiking in Zemi – Pigeon and Love Valley
This tour combines nice valleys of Cappadocia. We make a loop around Göreme National Park. These valleys are greener than the others. Its also great to observe fauna and flora. We explore the beautiful gorge and lose ourselves in nature. The adventure starts with hiking in Zemi Valley! Early in the morning we meet at your hotel and head to Zemi Valley. Zemi is five kilometers with arches and tunnels. Then we hike to Pigeon Valley where you can see rockcut caves and old pigeon houses. Later we have lunch in Uçhisar and visit Uçhisar Castle! After lunch we’ll hike through Love Valley. We’ll have a break at the best spot of the valley and relax in nature! We then return to Göreme and finish the day!
Day 4 : Biking in Swords valley-Red Rose Valleys-Paşabağ-Imagination Valley.
We will start from Göreme at 9:00 a.m. and visit Sword Valley, where the balloons take off! Swords Valley offers an epic landscape and different trails for different skills level. In addition, rock-cut churches and pigeon houses offer glimpses into the region’s history.
After that,we will make an easy loop to Rose Valley and then continue riding to Çavuşin village, an old Greek town with a monastery dating from the sixth century AD.
Along the way, we will see one of the best fairy chimneys in Cappadocia, as well as enjoy the amazing landscape of Pasabag. After Pasabag, we will stop at Imagination Valley, which offers great views ,including fairy chimneys and an incredible moonscape.You’ll feel like you’re in a different world! Later, we will visit a local restaurant (Ürgüp) to sample traditional local foods.
After lunch, we will continue along the dirt roads to Red Valley’s sunset point, which offers one of the best views of the national park. Then, we will ride downhill on the edge of Meskendir Valley and, ultimately, return to Göreme.
